Based on customer feedback and years of hands-on experience, we've developed our own 10-point grading scale to describe each knife's condition clearly and honestly:

Condition	Description
10/10 ⭐	Brand new condition. Never used. Flawless.
9/10 🆕	Like new. No scratches or signs of use. May be a customer return that was never used.
8–7/10 ✅	Minimal wear. Light signs of use.
6–4/10 ⚙️	Visible wear, scratches, and signs of use. May need cleaning, oiling, or minor tuning.
3–1/10 🔧	Heavily used or damaged. May require deep cleaning, sharpening, or repair. Please refer to photos.
